There are two "statuses" available within Closeout Log: Pending and Complete ✅.
When Initially Creating Requirements
Importing From Procore Submittals
When importing from Procore Submittals, any Submittal marked as Closed in Procore will automatically import as Closed in Extracts Pro.
Quick Create
By default, when new items are created via Quick Create, all items are created in Pending status in your Closeout Log
Automatically
There are two ways to automatically update a Closeout Log Requirement from Pending to Complete:
1. Single Submittal Link
If, upon initial import via Submittal Import, a submittal is Closed in Procore, it will automatically import as Complete in Extracts Pro.
Suppose a Procore Submittal is linked to an existing requirement in Extracts Pro, and the submittal is Open in Procore when linked. In that case, the requirement will automatically change to Complete in Extracts Pro if the submittal is Closed in Procore.
2. Auto-Complete Slider
Some actions give you the option you to automatically complete an underlying Requirement. For example: manually uploading a document to a Requirement, or even by approving a Document Request from a subcontractor.
Manually
All fields in Closeout Log are in-line editable. To change the status of one requirement, double-click on the field and select which status you'd like to change the requirement to.
To change the status of many requirements, utilize Bulk Edit.
