Pro-Tip: In the above example, we've added a number system at the front of each trade. This is optional, but can help you order folders of documents when you export them to share with your client or a third party.
Using Types or Trades
Once new Types or Trades have been added, it is recommended to refresh your Closeout Log via the refresh option in the top right-hand corner of the screen. This ensures all new Types & Trades are accessible, and that they're found in alphanumeric order.
You can then add then edit requirements either by double-clicking one-by-one, or via bulk editing.
Creating Types Automatically
When using Add Requirements > Submittal Import, Extracts Pro will automatically create Types that reflect the Procore Submittal Type.
Editing Types or Trades
As before, utilize the three dots in the top right-hand corner of the screen, and select Manage Types or Trades. You can then use the pencil icon next to each Type or Trade to rename the option.
